Opening in the heart of Gladesville in August, Cetto is built on the legacy of our family’s long-standing presence in Sydney’s hospitality scene — including La Perla Restaurant, a local favourite that many will remember.
We’re a brother and sister team who grew up in this industry, surrounded by the flavours and traditions of Italy. Cetto blends that rich heritage with a fresh take on the classic Italian deli — part grocer, part takeaway café, and part delicatessen. Whether it’s a morning espresso, a freshly made focaccia panino, or premium pantry staples, we’ve curated a space where every product has a story and every bite feels like home.
Named after our father, Concetto, Cetto is a tribute to his roots, his passion for food, and the values he passed down to us. This space is more than a deli — it’s a celebration of good food, community, and the joy of sharing both.
